Pure Pressure is all about pressure washing!

So what makes Pure Pressure such a good pressure washing company? Proper training and attention to the details is so important when you are pressure washing. Please review excerpts from our contractor training manual:

Pressure Washing Outside of Gutters

There are two types of aluminum gutters and each type requires attention to different details:

Fascia board gutters – Make sure you get the lip at the back of the gutter that hangs down below the soffits.
K-style gutters – Be careful that you don’t damage the paint on the fascia board.

Pressure Washing Concrete and Asphalt

Concrete Stair Cases – Don’t forget the risers.
Walkways – Use a turbo nozzle or high pressure to get in between each stamped piece of concrete.
Curbs – Don’t forget the back of the curb, often a 12” surface cleaner or turbo nozzle make this job go faster.
Patios – Be careful not to spray water under the door into the building.
Parking Lots and Underground Parkades – Oil stains will not come out ever.

Hot water will remove the oil but the stain will be left behind. Concrete and asphalt are very porous and oil will penetrate below the surface. This is why even after pressure washing the stain remains. Make sure you rinse to drains and do not leave sand at the entrance for vehicles to track back into the parking space.

Pressure Washing Decks

Vinyl Surfaces – Be careful with vinyl, it is very easy to damage
Aluminum Railings – Make sure you clean and inspect 360 degrees, especially the spindles

Brush Washing Windows

Proper process – Frame, make a square, up down across, rinse very well

Brush Washing Siding

Tools – Use LOW PRESSURE water fed Tucker Poles and/or Carbon Fiber Poles
Proper process:

Mix soap and spray siding with a spray bottle that hooks up to your pressure wand

Wash siding with poles from the top down
Rinse with low pressure
